Orders to UK addresses will usually be delivered within 5 working days.
Orders to international addresses can take up to 8 weeks to arrive, depending on where you live. Please note that due to the ongoing war impacting the West Asian region, you may experience delays in receiving your order. Please get in touch with us if you require any assistance.
We post UK parcels via a First Class Royal Mail service or by a courier depending on the weight and size of the item(s). Overseas parcels are sent via (mostly untracked) courier.
EU/International Customers:
There is no longer a threshold under which parcels are duty- and VAT-exempt to the EU and other countries such as the USA, so parcels of any value will now incur the import VAT and/or duty fees of their destination country within the EU, and may incur the import duty fees of their destination country elsewhere in the world. EU customers should only expect to pay VAT when their parcel arrives. Customers in other countries may need to pay tariff/customs fee. Import VAT rates and tariffs/customs fees are subject to change, so please check the current rate in your country before ordering.
