Michael Hammer

Michael Hammer is founder of the ROCsalt research and consultancy network and Honorary Senior Research Fellow at Keele University. He takes a particular interest in the voice of civil society in the Global South, post-colonial power dynamics in international NGOs, as well as accountability and equity in the work of multi-lateral institutions.
