Ruilin Ding

Ruilin is a LAHP-funded PhD candidate in Translation Studies at UCL. After 7 years studying Swahili, his research now sits at the intersection of translation, history, literature, and politics, examining Swahili translations of Chinese books in the 1960–70s and their role in Sino-Tanzanian decolonial solidarities.
